It's like a miniature vacation...

From work. I don't have many hours at all this coming week. I'm not saying how many hours though because it's kind of embarrassing.

I'm watching a PBS special on the Presidency. It's pretty tight. Makes me wonder about a Political Science degree with an emphasis on American Politics. My sister would be proud. But for now, it's still up in the air.

Getting back to work, I must say that it's been weird the last few days. Yesterday I got two job offers, one from someone who manages the restaurant that I worked at for only 1 day. Fucking crazy. Plus I saw an old friend who I'm supposed to call this week and do lunch with. I never realized how cute she is.

Call me a dork, but maybe the biggest thing to happen to me recently is that I bought a kick ass camera. I got a great deal with my employee discount and cannot wait to have a good chance to use it to its full potential. I got a 512mb memory card with it, so I could go ages without having to swap it out. Only thing is, I don't have anyone to take a picture of. Back in sophomore year at Renton, I could take pictures of everything and everyone. But these days, sophomore year at UW, it's a different story.

I miss you. No matter where I turn, there's your face. Even in my dreams, there you are. But it has become a nightmare.
