He'll be comin' round the mountain when he comes...

My dad is in Walla Walla right now. He comes back tomorrow. Honestly, it's not the same without him. I spent a long time with my mom today. Did the whole good son bit; went to the store with her, helped her out and just talked. My mom and I were always the most chill in the house, so we've always gotten along. I think she misses my dad, but it's only been a few days and he'll be back tomorrow so she should be good. I don't want her to be lonely or him to be gone for very long. My parents are the best.

I've managed to survive this week so far, with relatively no money and no free time. I guess having free time makes you spend money so the less I have of that, the better. School's been good to me this whole year so far, so I better return the favor and do some homework instead of enjoying my vices.

Elaine and I hung out for a bit today. We talked like usual, and that's always refreshing. You learn something new everytime you talk to her, whether it's something she shares with you or just something about yourself. I hope all her dilemmas go away soon, because they're just an added headache that nobody needs and she'd be happier once they're over with.

On a closing note, I wrote a rather good paper for my last English class, and I have an easy one due tomorrow so I'm hoping to keep up with this streak of well written material. But I do want to watch "The Butterfly Effect" tonight so I better hurry. I leave you with what I think of someone...
