A little bit of encouragement and inspiration tonight...

Brother's graduation, sister in town, dad over at the apartment...seeing a lot of the family lately, and I guess it's expected, considering I'm all done with school for the year. I'm looking forward to the summer, even if some of my plans for the near future have been foiled.

I'm not able to go to San Diego at the end of this month because too many people in my department are on vacation so I'm going to stay to help cover. Aside from that, I'll get more hours since they won't be there so my checks will be something to smile about instead of disappointing me.

I bought Def Poetry: Season 1 today when I went to work for a minute. Took someone's blacked out ass in so they wouldn't get too much shit for a no-call, no-show. Instead they were just an hour late. I love my peeps though, so anything for them.

Last night was some crazy (and annoying) shit. Drunk people who don't listen, people frontin' and some bomb ass pizza. I guess overall, it was fun. Tomorrow will be way different though. Different crowd, different atmosphere. As for tonight, well...a text message will decide my fate.
